A large public entity with 10,000 employees and 5,000 retirees hired us to examine and compare already received health plan quotations opened during a public bid conference. Through proper analysis we were able to negotiate a more appropriate arrangement resulting in a first year $ 4.5 million savings as well as needed performance standards and a multi-year insured financial package.

As a result of our success around the health plan, we were retained to examine and resolve issues around other health and welfare plans, retirement plans, payroll, HRIS and other areas. Our efforts directly identified and helped capture annual savings in excess of $ 20 million.
